*Tickets can be purchased through each play guide until the day before each performance. As we expect congestion on the day of the event, we encourage you to purchase your tickets through the play guide whenever possible.

*Tickets for residents of Japan will only be available electronically. Please note that a smartphone and valid data plan is required to purchase tickets.

*If you come by car, a parking ticket is required separately.

Precautions

Admission is free for elementary school students and younger (up to 2 people per parent or guardian with a ticket). High-school students or younger are not considered guardians because they are minors.
If you are not feeling well, have a fever, or are unable to attend for any other reason, the ticket you purchased will not be refunded. (Excepting performance cancelations due to the organizer’s circumstances)
Purchased tickets can only be used by the person themselves, with the transfer or sale of tickets to a third party being prohibited.
When purchasing a middle- and high-school student ticket, we may ask you to confirm your ID and age on the day. For any reason, such as transfer, resale, etc., if the owner does not match the eligible age, you will not be allowed to enter.

Please make sure to read the “Guidelines” regarding ticket purchases for the event.
Understanding and consenting to the contents is mandatory to purchase tickets.

All those who have purchased tickets are considered to have understood and consented to the contents.

Announcement of Additional Sales for Priority Admission Tickets to the Front Area of RAINBOW STAGE and WING STAGE

In response to requests from our friends (attendees), we are pleased to announce the additional sale of priority admission tickets for the front area of the RAINBOW STAGE and WING STAGE, starting from 10 AM on Thursday, July 4th, excluding certain artists.

To maintain the lively atmosphere in the front area as seen from the performing artists, tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day before each performance. Sales will end once the maximum number of tickets per artist is reached.

Serial numbers will be assigned in order from the next number following those already purchased, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible if you wish to obtain one.

Please note that based on the situation on the day, if there is space available after priority admission ticket holders have entered the front area, non-priority ticket holders may also be guided into the front area, considering the lively atmosphere and past requests from performing artists. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

LuckyFes Front Area Priority Admission Ticket General Sale (First-come, first-served basis)

Sales Schedule: From 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 4th, until 11:59 PM the day before each performance. *Sales will end once the maximum number of tickets is reached.

Price: 500 yen (including a 110 yen issuance fee and consumption tax)

Purchase Limit: One ticket per artist (there is no limit to the number of different artists you can purchase tickets for)

Payment Method: Credit card only

Issuance Method: Please receive your tickets via electronic ticket (smartphone).

On the Day Regulations:

After the previous artist’s performance ends, the front area will be cleared. You will be guided into the area once the previous attendees have exited.
Approximately 45 minutes before the performance of the relevant artist, a waiting line will be formed in the “Front Area Priority Admission Waiting Area” for each stage. Entry will be guided in the order of the serial numbers. Please show your priority admission ticket on your smartphone to the staff as you enter. If you are not present when your number is called, the next numbers will be called. Even if you miss your number, you can still enter after all numbers have been called. Please note that the timing for forming the waiting line may vary depending on the situation on the day.
Based on the situation on the day, if there is space available after priority admission ticket holders have entered the front area, non-priority ticket holders may also be guided into the front area, considering the lively atmosphere and past requests from performing artists. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

The venue opens at 8:00 AM. Please do not wait around the area overnight or arrive early in the morning. To ensure a safe and secure festival for everyone, we are committed to safe operations to reduce the burden on local healthcare, and we hope to make LuckyFes’24 the best yet with your understanding and cooperation.

Notes:

Serial numbers will be assigned.
This is a priority admission ticket, not a guarantee of front-row access.
You may be required to present identification for verification at the time of entry.
Children below elementary school age cannot enter (and cannot purchase tickets).
Only those who hold tickets for the relevant day of the festival can purchase priority admission tickets for the artists performing on that day.
Only electronic tickets will be sold. A smartphone with a data plan is required for purchase.
Refunds and reissues will not be made for reasons other than event cancellation by the organizer or the withdrawal of the relevant artist.
Resale of tickets is prohibited. If the purchaser and attendee are different, entry to the front area may be denied.
Applications cannot be made outside the reception period. Please check the reception period carefully before applying.
The site may be crowded immediately after the start of the reception period or just before the end. Please allow plenty of time to apply.
