We ask all visitors to download the free official LuckyFes app and register using their personal information. When entering the festival, please present both your ticket and the in-app personal information verification screen. Please register your personal information in advance to make the entry experience as smooth as possible.
STEP 1
Tap “Sign Up/Sign In” on the settings screen
Open the app, tap the gear-shaped “Settings Icon” at the top right of the HOME screen, and tap “Sign Up/Sign In” under the “Account Information” subheading in the “Settings” menu.
STEP 2
Register your contact information
If you are accompanied by children of elementary school age or younger, register their information by tapping the “Add Companion Entry” button.
STEP 3
Completion of Personal Information Registration
At the entrance, please present the personal information verification screen to the staff. If you have made an error in the registration process, tap the “Update Information” button at the bottom of the screen and enter the correct information.
After completing the registration, you can display your personal information verification page using the *Identity Verification” button on the home screen or settings page.
