■Notes on Parking Lot Usage 

  • Those coming by car must purchase a parking ticket. Parking tickets are valid only at the exclusive LuckyFes parking lot. The parking spot will be specified on the ticket itself.
  • There is a limited number of tickets available. Please purchase in advance before they sell out.
  • Each parking ticket is valid for one vehicle and one day only.
  • Please refrain from any fraudulent use or duplication of parking tickets.
  • If taking the highway, please use “Hitachinaka I.C.,” “Hitachi Seaside Park I.C.,” or “Hitachinaka Port I.C.”
  • Event organizers cannot be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or other such occurrences on site.
  • The operating hours for each parking lot are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (last entry at 7:00 PM).
  • Please refrain from waiting to enter the West Parking Lot before it opens.
  • No vehicle re-entry after parking or overnight parking is allowed.
  • Microbuses and campervans are not allowed.
  • Unauthorized parking or idling at nearby facilities or within the vicinity of the venue is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from dropping-off attendants without parking in an authorized location.
  • Please follow the guidance of the staff when exiting the parking lot.
  • The use of the Accessible Parking Lot【South Parking Lot】is limited to “persons with disabilities,” “pregnant women,” and “wheelchair users.” A “Disabled Parking Permit,” “Maternity Mark,” or “Disability Certificate” must be visible. Vehicles without a visible qualification will not be allowed to park, even if they have purchased a parking ticket.
  • Please be aware that some parking areas may be slippery due to rain, etc.
  • Open parking spot selection is not possible. Please park according to the instructions of the staff, in order of arrival.
  • Driving or riding as a passenger under the influence of alcohol is prohibited by law. Please refrain from doing so.
  • Motorcycles require a parking ticket. Please purchase a motorcycle parking ticket for the West Parking Lot.
  • Depending on the order of entry, the distance from the parking spot to the venue will vary. Please be prepared to walk a fair distance to the venue.
  • Especially at the start and end of the event, significant congestion is expected. Please anticipate a significant wait while parking and exiting.
  • It may be difficult to locate your parking spot after dark. Please be sure to make note of your parking spot before heading to the venue.
  • A recommended route to the parking lot is provided. Please use this designated route to come to the venue for easy access.
  • After the event, traffic restrictions may be implemented at Hitachi Seaside Park I.C.
  • Depending on congestion, there may be changes to the recommended route or parking lot. In such cases, please follow the guidance of the staff and security guards.

■Tent Area Usage Guidelines

  • Please be aware that you cannot set up a tent within the venue if you have not purchased a tent ticket in advance. You must purchase one ticket per tent.
  • There is a limited number of tickets available. Please purchase early as they may sell out.
  • Tents may only be set up in designated tent areas.
  • Tickets are valid only on the ‘designated day’ and within the ‘designated area’ you have purchased a ticket for, and for that day only.
  • The area occupied by one tent, including pegs, must fit within a【3m x 3m】space.
  • There are no divided sections within each tent area, so please share the space without exceeding the specified area.
  • Those without a tent may still purchase a tent area ticket and use the space for sheets or folding chairs only, within the same 【3m x 3m】as if a tent were set up. However, the use (bringing) of folding chairs outside of tent areas is not allowed.
  • The setup of ‘tarps (that use strings or rope),’ ‘shades,’ ‘parasols,’ etc., are nto allowed in the tent area. Simple, four-legged (one-touch) ‘tarp tents’ may be set up as long as they are within the same 3m x 3m space.
  • Tent setup areas are limited to “Kids East Tent Area,” “Kids West Tent Area,” “Forest Tent Area (East),” and “Green Tent Area (West).” Installation of tents outside of the area for the ticket that you have purchased is not allowed.
  • ■ Attention: Purchase restrictions are in place for the Kids (East & West) Tent Areas.
  • ※ The “Kids East Tent Area” is exclusively for families with children in elementary school or younger. Please be mindful of this when purchasing.
  • ※ The “Kids West Tent Area” is exclusively for families with children in high school or younger. Please be mindful of this when purchasing.
  • ※ Please be aware that upon entering the tent area, we will verify if attendees are accompanied by children that meet that area’s criteria. If it turns out that the purchaser does not meet the criteria, the use of the tent area will not be permitted.
  • ※ The “Forest Tent Area (East)” and “Green Tent Area (West)” are available for purchase by anyone.

  • Those who have purchased tent tickets must display the “Reservation Information Page (via akippa)” screen at the venue on the day of the event.
  • make sure to affix this sticker in a visible location (such as the entrance of the tent or another easily visible spot) when setting up your tent in the designated area. To prevent misuse and use of tents outside the designated areas, staff will check for these stickers periodically. Please be aware that tents or tarps that are setup without a sticker, or do not meet the above requirements, will be removed by event staff. (※If there are any changes to the entry flow, etc., further instructions will be provided.)
  • After the event, tents and other items cannot be left for the next day, even if you have tickets for subsequent days. Even if you have tickets for multiple days, you must dismantle and take your tent with you daily. If a tent is left behind, it will be removed by event staff.
  • No supplies needed for tent setup, including tents themselves, will be provided. Please bring your own.
  • The use or bringing of burners, stoves, solid fuel, campfires, explosives, hazardous materials, or any other items prohibited by law is strictly forbidden within each tent area.
  • There are no power outlets available in the tent areas. Generators are also prohibited.
  • Vehicles are not allowed to enter the tent areas.
  • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) within the tent areas is prohibited. Please use the designated smoking areas.
  • The organizers cannot be held responsible for any losses, thefts, or disputes between tent area users regarding valuables.
