Regarding refunds for various tickets on August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday)

LuckyFes'26, which was scheduled to be held on August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday), has been canceled due to the effects of Typhoon No. 15. We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to attending and will not be able to come.

We would like to inform you of the refunds for various tickets (admission tickets, parking tickets, tent tickets, cloakroom tickets, and priority admission tickets for the front area) due to the cancellation of the event, as follows.

① August 11th, 1-day ticket : Adults: 14,000 yen, Junior/Senior High School Students: 7,000 yen

*However, please note that some fees, such as convenience store payment fees and ticketing fees, may not be refundable depending on the ticket vendor. For details, please check with the ticket vendor from whom you purchased your tickets.

② Season ticket including August 11th <br> The ticket price of the season ticket you purchased will be divided equally among the days covered, and the amount equivalent to August 11th will be refunded.

<For 3-day passes>
Adults: ¥9,333 per ticket Junior and senior high school students: ¥4,666 per ticket

<For 4-day pass holders>
Adults: 9,500 yen per ticket; Junior and senior high school students: 4,750 yen per ticket

<For 4-day pass (early bird discount)>
Adults: 8,750 yen per ticket

*However, refund policies for various fees vary depending on the ticket vendor. Please check with the ticket vendor from whom you purchased your tickets for details.

[Important Notes Regarding Ticket Refunds]
*Ticket fees will be refunded to the person who made the purchase.
*If you have a paper ticket, please be sure to keep it safe. Further details will be provided separately.
*Please note that those who purchased through the Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) program are not eligible for a refund.

We will refund the full amount paid, including parking fees, tent area usage fees, and service charges.

For affected reservations, Akippa will process cancellations and refunds sequentially. You do not need to cancel your reservation yourself.

Please note that Akippa will contact affected customers with details regarding cancellations and refunds starting next week.

The timing of refunds varies depending on your credit card company or payment service. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your statement after the refund process is complete.
