Heatstroke Prevention Measures

LuckyFes 5 Principles for Heatstroke Prevention

1) All stages are located on grassy
areas. 2) The front areas of the RAINBOW, WING, and GARDEN stages will be rotated
each time. 3) All food/drink and rest areas are located in shaded or covered
areas. 4) Multiple drink stations will be set up, and a water play area for children
will be available in the park. 5) First aid stations will be located in four areas, primarily near the stages and around Lucky Plaza.

We believe heatstroke countermeasures are necessary to prepare for the heat and will implement them within the venue in accordance with government guidelines.

  • Please hydrate frequently, even if you don't feel thirsty.
  • Please take breaks in shaded areas or under sunshade tents, especially between stage performances.

Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Heatstroke Prevention Information Page

Please note that individuals unable to comply with the guidelines below may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue.

Tickets & Admission

  • No waiting in line for entry the day before or early in the morning.
  • The event will proceed rain or shine. (Cancellation may occur in case of severe weather.)
  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of event cancellation. (Main examples of non-refundable situations: changes to admission conditions / early termination due to severe weather / artist cancellations or changes / failure to follow staff instructions / attendee illness / attendee cancellation due to personal circumstances, etc.)
  • For visitor (Friends) data management, attendees (Friends) may be asked to present their ticket and the completed registration screen of the LuckyFes official app (iOS, Android) upon entry. Please download the official app in advance and complete the identity verification registration.
  • Wristbands will be issued at the entrance in exchange for tickets. Wristbands will be invalidated if lost, damaged, reused, or otherwise found to be misused, and no refunds will be issued for the ticket price. For multi-day pass holders, wristbands for all days will be issued together on the day of attendance. Please take care not to lose them.
  • Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited due to concerns about inability to confirm agreement to guidelines and potential illegality of the act itself. Tickets or ticket purchase rights resold or listed on auctions, etc., will be deemed invalid. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for issues arising from tickets purchased through resale.
  • When purchasing junior high/high school student tickets, we may request ID or age verification on the day of the event. Admission will be denied if the ticket holder does not meet the specified age requirement, regardless of transfer, resale, or any other reason. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • Children in elementary school or younger may enter free of charge, limited to two children per one accompanying guardian holding a ticket. High school students and younger are considered minors and are therefore excluded from being treated as guardians.
  • Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband within its validity period. Entry and staying inside the venue with a wristband outside its validity period is not permitted.
