Thank you very much for applying for the lottery for priority entry tickets to the front area of LuckyFes.
Please check your application details and lottery results by clicking the "Front Area" button in the "LuckyFes Official App".
If you win, a "Priority Admission Ticket to the Front Area" for the artist will be displayed.
- If your application is unsuccessful, the "Priority Admission Ticket for the Front Area" screen will not be displayed. To check if your application was unsuccessful, please check "My Page" within the Front Area button.
Note: Due to high traffic immediately after the results are announced, the app may not launch or the screen may not display correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try accessing the site again after some time.
The priority entry tickets for the front area will not have individual numbers, but rather block numbers in groups of 10.
For example, it will be displayed as "10s," "20s," "30s," etc., with the same queue number being displayed for 10 people. This improvement was made based on a suggestion from the field that guiding people in groups of 10 would allow for smoother entry.
On the day of the event, you will need to present your front area admission ticket displayed on the "LuckyFes Official App" to enter the front area. When the time comes, you will be guided in the order of the displayed number. Customers with the same number should line up in the waiting area in the order they arrived and enter according to the staff's instructions.
Please note: This is a priority entry ticket, but it does not guarantee a front-row seat.
Children under elementary school age are not permitted to enter.
• The priority entry ticket for the front area is for the exclusive use of the person who won it. Transfer to a third party is prohibited. If resale or transfer is confirmed, you may be forcibly removed from the venue.
You may be asked to present identification upon entry for verification purposes.
Refunds and ticket reissues will not be provided except in cases of event cancellation due to the organizer's circumstances or the artist's withdrawal from the performance.
