LuckyFes Official App: Cloakroom Reservation Function Release Announcement

We started accepting advance reservations for cloakroom use via our official app from 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 9th. Please feel free to use this service.
You can reserve a cloakroom in advance, allowing you to drop off your luggage smoothly on the day of your visit.

Fee	Cloakroom fee: 1,200 yen / System usage fee: 110 yen
Payment methods	Credit card only
Bag size	45L (unlimited check-in and check-out)

Please note

• We plan to sell tickets on the day of the event (1,400 yen, cashless payment only), but quantities are limited, so we recommend purchasing in advance through the official app.
• If the planned number of tickets is reached through advance sales, there will be no sales on the day of the event.
• Cancellations are not permitted after purchase.
• We accept luggage until 9:00 PM each day.
• You can access your luggage within the storage time.
• We cannot accept luggage that does not fit in the designated bag, or valuables (including cash and tickets).
• Please be sure to pick up your belongings on the same day.
• Please keep your baggage claim ticket safe so you don't lose it.
