The regulations for inviting junior and senior high school students residing or attending school in Hitachinaka City, Mito City, and Tsukuba City to LuckyFes'26 on August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday) for free will be changed to a [pre-registration system].

Regarding the announcement made on Wednesday, June 3rd, that "junior and senior high school students residing or attending school in Hitachinaka City, Mito City, and Tsukuba City will be invited to LuckyFes'26 on Tuesday, August 11th (holiday) free of charge," we have received a great deal of positive feedback. On the other hand, we have also received concerns from related organizations and general attendees regarding safety inside and outside the venue, as well as the operational structure.

As the organizers, we take these opinions seriously and, in order to create an environment where visitors can attend with greater peace of mind, we have revised our initially planned operational policy and decided to introduce a new [pre-registration system]. This will allow us to grasp the application status for free invitations and the expected number of attendees in advance, and to build an appropriate reception system and strengthen safety measures.
