About the Acquisition of Personal Information

Purpose of the Broadcasting Standards Revisions

When acquiring personal information, we will clarify the purpose of use and acquire only information within the scope suitable for that purpose. Additionally, personal information will be acquired in an appropriate manner.

  • When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we will ensure the provision of personal information protection that is equal or superior to that which the Company provides by, for example, concluding a confidentiality agreement.
  • When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we will train and enlighten the contractor regarding personal information protection and responsibly supervise the contractor to ensure that all personal information is handled appropriately.
  • In the event of the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate measures.

Points of Note concerning Websites and Cookies, etc.

The LuckyFM website may use cookies for the following purposes. A cookie is a piece of information that a website stores on your computer when you visit a web page.

On the LuckyFM website, SSL encrypted communication is used to securely exchange data on pages that transmit personal information for inquiries and applications and on the member login page. SSL is a standard method to secure data communication between a web server and a browser. On the member login page, please strictly manage your ID and password. Using simple passwords and disclosing your ID and password may cause information leakage. When disclosing information via platforms with multiple users, such as on bulletin boards and when using mailing lists provided by the LuckyFM, please do so at your own discretion.
