• Children in elementary school or younger can enter for free (up to 2 per ticket-holding guardian). High school and younger attendees are not considered guardians.
• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance due to illness, fever, or any other reason (except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer).
• Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. If a ticket or ticket purchase rights are resold or auctioned, they will be deemed invalid. The organizer bears no responsibility for any trouble related to resold tickets.

• Purchase restrictions apply to Family (East/West) Tent Tickets. If individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria purchase these tickets, they will not be allowed entry into the tent area upon verification. Please ensure you meet the requirements before purchasing.
• Quantities of all tickets are limited. Even during the sales period, ticket sales will end once parking or tent tickets are sold out.
