■ Parking Guidelines
For those arriving by car, please purchase a parking ticket in advance. Parking tickets are only valid for designated LuckyFes parking lots. The parking lot will be specified on your parking ticket.
- Parking tickets are limited and may sell out. Please purchase as soon as possible.
- One parking ticket allows parking for one vehicle per day.
- Unauthorized use or duplication of parking tickets is strictly prohibited.
- For expressway access, please use “Hitachinaka I.C.” or “Hitachinaka Port I.C.”
- The event organizer is not responsible for any accidents, theft, or trouble within the parking area.
- The operating hours for parking lots (West Parking Lot / Parking Lot 1 / Parking Lot 2) are as follows:
- 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Last entry at 7:00 PM, subject to change)
- Do not wait to enter West Parking Lot by turning right or proceeding straight before it opens.
- Re-entry to the parking lot is not permitted once you exit.
- Overnight parking is not allowed, even if you hold multiple-day tickets. All vehicles must leave by 10:00 PM each day.
- Large vehicles, including microbuses and oversized camper vans, are not permitted (vehicles must be within 500cm in length and 230cm in width).
- Unauthorized parking at nearby facilities is strictly prohibited. Parking or stopping around the venue is not allowed. Do not use a car for drop-off or pickup at the venue.
- Please follow staff instructions when exiting the parking lot.
- The designated parking area for disabled persons (West Parking Lot) is only available for individuals with disabilities, pregnant individuals, or wheelchair users. A “Disability Parking Permit,” “Maternity Mark,” or disability certificate (physical, intellectual, or mental disability certificate, including Mirairo ID) must be presented. Vehicles without proper documentation cannot use this parking area, even with a valid parking ticket.
- Some parking areas may have uneven terrain or be affected by rain. Please be aware of these conditions.
- Parking spaces within each lot cannot be reserved. Vehicles will be parked in order of arrival under staff guidance.
- Drunk driving is strictly prohibited by law. It is also illegal for passengers to allow a driver to operate a vehicle while intoxicated.
- Motorcycles (excluding bicycles) also require a parking ticket. Please purchase a motorcycle parking ticket (West Parking Lot).
- Depending on entry order, the walking distance from your parking spot to the venue may vary.
- Heavy congestion is expected around the event start and after the event ends. Entering and exiting the parking lots may take considerable time.
- It may be difficult to locate your car at night. Please make note of your parking location upon arrival.
- Follow the recommended routes to the parking lots. Check the designated routes before arriving.
- Post-event traffic regulations may be enforced at Hitachi Seaside Park I.C.
- Due to congestion, designated routes and parking lots may change. Please follow the instructions of staff and security personnel.
■ Tent Area Usage Guidelines
- Only those who have pre-purchased a tent ticket are allowed to set up tents in the venue.
- A tent ticket (one per tent) is required to bring and set up a tent in the designated tent area.
- Tent tickets are limited and may sell out. Please purchase as soon as possible.
- Tents can only be set up in designated tent areas.
- Tent tickets are valid only for the specified date and designated area.
- Each tent space must fit within a 3m x 3m area, including pegs.
- The tent areas are not sectioned off. Please be considerate and share the space within the size limit.
- If you have a tent ticket, you may also use the designated tent area with just a picnic sheet or a foldable chair instead of a tent (within the 3m x 3m space limit). However, foldable chairs are not allowed outside the tent area.
- “Tarp tents (roped-off structures),” “shades,” and “parasols” are not allowed. “Pop-up (one-touch) tents” are allowed if within the 3m x 3m limit.

- There are four designated tent areas: “Family East Tent Area,” “Family West Tent Area,” “Forest Tent Area (East),” and “Green Tent Area (West).” Tents must be set up only in the purchased tent area.
- ■ Note: The “Family (East/West) Tent Areas” have purchase restrictions.
- The “Family East Tent Area” is exclusive to families with children in elementary school or younger.
- The “Family West Tent Area” is exclusive to families with children in high school or younger.
- Upon entry, eligibility for the family tent areas will be checked. If a tent ticket was purchased incorrectly, the tent area cannot be used.
- The “Forest Tent Area (East)” and “Green Tent Area (West)” are open to anyone.
- A “reservation confirmation page (akippa)” must be shown at the tent area reception on the day of use.
- After verification, you will receive a “tent permit sticker.” Please attach this sticker visibly at the tent entrance. Unauthorized tents or tents exceeding allowed space may be removed by staff.
- Even if you have a multiple-day tent ticket, tents cannot be left overnight. All tents must be removed each day.
- Tents and necessary equipment are not provided. Please bring your own.
- Use of burners, stoves, solid fuel, fire pits, fireworks, or any hazardous or illegal items is strictly prohibited.
- No power outlets are available in the tent areas. Generators are also prohibited.
- Vehicles are not allowed inside the tent areas.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in the tent areas. Please use designated smoking areas.
- Keep valuables secure. The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items or any disputes among tent area users.
