Regarding LuckyFes ’25 “Front Area Priority Access Ticket”

We would like to provide an overview of improvements from last year, eligibility, and application methods for the LuckyFes ’25 “Front Area Priority Access Ticket”.

1) Purpose of the System

At LuckyFes, with “safety and security” as our top priority, and from the perspective of heatstroke prevention, the front areas of the RAINBOW STAGE, WING STAGE, and GARDEN STAGE will have a [complete turnover system each time] (excluding opening acts).

2) Improvements from Last Year

  • Changed so that only ticket holders can apply.
  • Group applications are now accepted, allowing friends and family to enjoy the front area together if selected.
  • GARDEN STAGE has been added.

3) Eligibility

  • Those who meet all the following conditions are eligible to apply:
    • Those who applied for and won LuckyFes tickets [by Thursday, June 5, 2025] (including early bird ~ final pre-sale ticket purchasers / overseas tickets / paper tickets such as Furusato Nozei).
    • Those who paid by convenience store payment must have completed payment [by Sunday, June 15, 2025, 23:00].
  • Companions (friends/family who purchased tickets on behalf of others and plan to distribute them) can also apply individually.
  • Children of elementary school age and younger who are attending for free cannot apply or enter due to the expected crowd and potential danger.
    *Ms. Shinako is an exception. Please refer to explanation 7.

4) Application Rules and Result Display Method

  • Application Period: Thursday, June 19, 2025, 10:00 to Friday, June 27, 2025, 23:59
  • Results Announcement: Wednesday, July 2, 2025, 12:00
  • Fee: 500 yen (tax included) per ticket
  • Application Method: Applications must be made via the official LuckyFes app. It is a lottery system, not first-come, first-served. Applications are limited to one per person per artist. Groups can apply for a maximum of 7 people. There is no limit to the number of artists you can apply for.
  • Payment Method: Credit card only
  • Results: Displayed within the official LuckyFes app. A “Front Area Priority Access Ticket” (electronic ticket) with a serial number will be confirmed along with the artist’s name. Winners will be automatically charged, and non-winners will be automatically refunded.

5) Preparation (App Download)

Applications for “Front Area Priority Access Ticket” are only accepted through the “LuckyFes Official App”. All those who wish to apply for a “Front Area Priority Access Ticket” must register as a member of the “LuckyFes Official App”.

② Member registration for the app (free)
*   Fill in the required information on the member registration screen.
*   Member registration method: https://luckyfes.com/en-how-to-sign-up/
*   Ticket purchase information
*   Please enter the email address of the electronic ticket purchaser or the serial number of the paper ticket.
*   If friends/family have purchased tickets together, please enter the email address of the person who purchased the tickets (the address registered with the play guide). Even if you purchased the ticket yourself, please register your email address again. Please note that if ticket purchase information is not entered by the end of the “Front Area Priority Access Ticket” application period, or if an email address different from the one registered with the play guide is used, you will not be eligible for the lottery.
*   App member registration must be completed by the time of applying for the “Front Area Priority Access Ticket”.

6) Application Steps (See illustration at the end for details)

Access the front area application site within the app and proceed with the following steps. There is no limit to the number of artists you can apply for.

<For 1 person>

  • The person applying for the front area registers the usage date and desired artist. If there are other artists they wish to apply for, add them to the cart, confirm the application details, make the payment, and complete.

<For 2 to 7 people>

  • One representative applies, but all companions must also register as members of the LuckyFes official app.
  • The person applying for the front area (hereinafter referred to as the “Front Area Representative Applicant”) registers the usage date, desired artist, and email addresses for the number of companions, then adds them to the cart. If there are other desired artists, add the usage date, desired artist, and companions to the cart, confirm the application details, make the payment, and complete.
  • A maximum of 7 tickets can be applied for per artist in the front area. It is also possible to change companions for each artist. Please note that if companions apply for the same artist redundantly, they will not be eligible for the lottery.

The lottery results will be displayed within the LuckyFes official app. A “Front Area Priority Access Ticket” (electronic ticket) with a serial number will be confirmed along with the artist’s name. Winners will be automatically charged, and non-winners will be automatically refunded.

7) Entry Rules

Enter by showing the “Front Area Priority Access Ticket” on the app screen in order of serial number.

<For RAINBOW STAGE and WING STAGE Winners>
① Serial numbers 1-600:
*   Line up at the “Front Area Priority Access Waiting Area” next to each stage 30 minutes prior.
*   1-300: Enter from 25 minutes to 20 minutes prior.
*   301-600: Enter from 20 minutes to 15 minutes prior.

② Serial numbers 601-1200:
*   Line up at the “Front Area Priority Access Waiting Area” next to each stage 20 minutes prior.
*   601-900: Enter from 15 minutes to 10 minutes prior.
*   901-1200: Enter from 10 minutes to 5 minutes prior.

<For GARDEN STAGE Winners>
Serial numbers 1-600:
*   Line up at the “Front Area Priority Access Waiting Area” next to each stage 20 minutes prior.
*   1-300: Enter from 15 minutes to 10 minutes prior.
*   301-600: Enter from 10 minutes to 5 minutes prior.

  • Information regarding the “Front Area Priority Access Waiting Area” next to each stage will be provided later on the area map.
  • Even if you are not present when your number is called, entry is still possible.
  • Depending on the day’s situation, if there is space available in the front area after “Front Area Priority Access Ticket” purchasers have entered, and based on requests from past performing artists and to enhance the sense of excitement, those who have not purchased a “Front Area Priority Access Ticket” will also be guided into the front area just before the performance begins. Please be aware of this in advance.

However, for Ms. Shinako’s stage, elementary school-aged friends (audience members) will be exceptionally permitted to enter as follows:

<Eligible Participants>

  • Elementary school age and younger: Can enter with an accompanying adult (Adults aged 16 and over cannot enter unless accompanying a child of elementary school age or younger).
  • Junior high school age and over, under 16: Can enter without an accompanying adult.

<Entry Method>

On the day of the event, age verification will be conducted at the “Front Area Priority Access Waiting Area” next to the RAINBOW STAGE in the morning, and numbered tickets will be distributed for free. Those with numbered tickets will be guided to the front area following the same flow as the entry rules in 7) above. Please show your numbered ticket to the staff for entry.
