About Tickets
Q. How can I apply for tickets?
A. ou can apply for tickets via the “Ticket Page” on the official website. Please note that you must agree to the event’s “Guidelines” before purchasing tickets, so be sure to review them before making a purchase. By purchasing the ticket, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the terms stated.
Q. Can anyone purchase the student tickets for junior and senior high school students?
A. Only those within the target age range are eligible to purchase these tickets. To prevent fraudulent purchases, age verification may be conducted at the entrance. Please check the “Guidelines” under the ticket section for more details.
Q. Are there any age restrictions?
A. There are no specific age restrictions. Children under elementary school age can enter for free when accompanied by a guardian with a ticket, with a limit of 2 children per guardian. High school students and younger are considered minors, so they are excluded from being counted as a guardian.
Q. What payment methods are available?
A. Please check the ticketing website of the respective ticket agency for available payment methods.
Q. Can I cancel or change my ticket or payment method?
A. Except in the case of event cancellation, tickets are non-refundable, so please understand this in advance. Once the payment is complete, changes to ticket quantity, ticket types, or payment methods are not allowed. (This includes changes due to changes in entry requirements, bad weather-related cancellations, artist cancellations or changes, non-compliance with staff instructions, illness, or personal cancellations.)
Q. How can I distribute tickets to someone who doesn’t have a smartphone?
A. If attending with the applicant, they can enter without distributing tickets by simply showing the applicant’s smartphone. *Students may be asked to present their student ID. Please be sure to bring it with you.
Q. Can a guardian and a child under elementary school age enter separately?
A. At the entrance, tickets and accompanying persons will be verified. Therefore, we ask that you enter together.
Q. Can I change my admission ticket to a different date?
A. No, changes are not allowed. Please note that tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.
Q. If I purchase a single-day ticket and later buy another single-day ticket for a different day, will it be treated as a 2-day pass?
A. No, it will not be treated as a 2-day pass. It will be considered as two separate single-day tickets.
Q. When will the electronic ticket be available?
A. Electronic tickets will be available one week before the event date. (Note that this may vary depending on the ticket agency.)
About Entry
Q. Can I re-enter the event?
A. Re-entry is allowed with a valid wristband within the event’s designated period. Re-entry with an expired wristband is not allowed.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Pets are not allowed in the festival grounds. (Guide dogs and service animals are exceptions.)

Q. What should I bring to the event?

Q. Can I bring a camera?
A. Cameras are allowed, but professional equipment such as cameras with lenses longer than 200mm, selfie sticks, smartphones, or GoPro-style devices are not allowed.

Q. Can I bring a tent?
A. Tents are allowed, but a tent pass (paid) must be purchased in advance. Details about the tent pass will be announced later.
Q. Can I bring a cooler box?
A. Cooler boxes are allowed, but the following items cannot be brought in: bottles, cans, and alcoholic beverages. Bottled drinks, paper pack beverages, and baby bottles are allowed.
Cooler boxes cannot be used for reserving seats or as chairs. They may be moved by staff. The event organizers are not responsible for lost items.
Q. Can I bring a carry wagon?
A. Carry wagons are allowed, but usage may be restricted depending on crowd conditions.
Q. Are there any prohibited items?
A. The following items are prohibited: Alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans, fireworks, bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, inflatable pools, water guns, cameras with lenses over 200mm, professional filming equipment, selfie sticks, drones, and other items prohibited by law or items that may disturb other attendees.

Q. Can I bring drinks?
A. You can bring drinks in plastic bottles or thermoses. Alcoholic beverages, cans, and bottles are not allowed. If found, they will be confiscated.
Q. Can I bring food?
A. Bringing food is discouraged, but small snacks or food for young children and heatstroke prevention foods are allowed.
Q. Can I bring a fan or light stick?
A. You may bring cheer goods such as fans or light sticks. Please use them in a way that does not disturb other attendees.
Q. Can I use a stroller?
A. Strollers can be used. However, during crowded periods, you may be asked to fold it. Stroller rental and storage services are not available. Please do not leave strollers unattended.
Q. Can I use an umbrella in the venue?
A. Rainwear is recommended, but umbrellas can be used. However, umbrellas cannot be used in the viewing areas.
About the Venue
Q. Will alcohol be served inside the venue?
A. Alcoholic beverages will be available for sale inside the venue.
Q. Can I smoke inside the venue?
A. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas inside the venue. Smoking is prohibited outside these areas, including electronic and heated tobacco.
Q. Are there resting areas in the venue?
A. You can rest in shaded areas within the venue. The tent area is reserved for those with reservations, so please be aware of this. Picnic blankets can be used in designated areas (folding chairs are not allowed). Please use a 2m x 2m blanket. Staff may move or remove blankets or belongings left unattended. Blankets cannot be used in specific areas such as stage viewing areas, dining areas, or paths.
Q. Can I store my belongings at the venue?
A. There will be a paid cloakroom service at the venue, where you can store your belongings. Details will be announced later.
Q. Are there special areas for wheelchair users?
A. Priority spaces for wheelchair users will be available at each stage. These spaces are for individuals with disabilities, pregnant women, people with infants, and one accompanying person. Please be aware that space may be limited during busy times, and priority areas should be shared.
Q. Can I use cash?
A. Cashless payment is the primary method of payment. If there are communication issues, cash payments will be accepted.
Q. Can I camp or have a barbecue?
A. Camping (overnight stays) is not allowed, and the use of fire for barbecues is strictly prohibited. Charcoal, portable stoves, etc., are not allowed.

Q. Can I ride a motorcycle?
A. There is a designated parking area for motorcycles, but reservations are required. Spaces are limited.
Q. Is there a bicycle parking area?
A. Yes, there will be a designated bicycle parking area. No reservation is required, and parking is free. Please do not leave your bike at nearby facilities.
