LuckyFM Ibaraki Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture) is now accepting applications for food vendors in the food area “Lucky Dining” at LuckyFes’25, which will be held over the three-day weekend of August 9 (Sat), 10 (Sun), and 11 (Mon, Holiday) at Hitachi Seaside Park.
This year’s Lucky Dining will highlight the themes of “Festival Food Theme Park” and “Ibaraki / Nationwide / WORLD Premium Festival Foods,” delivering the joy of festivals and the charm of Ibaraki through gourmet offerings. In addition to dishes using Ibaraki ingredients, we will offer carefully selected premium festival foods, including Japanese gourmet leaders and international cuisines—an upgrade from last year.
Once again, Lucky Dining will use eco-friendly containers, aiming for an environmentally conscious and sustainable festival.

[Eligibility Requirements]
・Must operate a food business (tent or food truck)
・Must have liability insurance (e.g., product liability and facility liability)
・At least one person with a Food Sanitation Supervisor Certificate or equivalent must be stationed onsite
・Must attend the vendor orientation (held once)
・Must use designated eco-friendly containers provided by the organizer
・Must be able to communicate via email with the organizing office
・Must support electronic payment (cashless by default)
・Must agree to and comply with the vendor materials provided by the organizer
・Must have a registered invoice number

*Vendors are responsible for costs associated with additional payment terminals beyond the first unit.

[Important Notes]
・Subleasing (re-renting) vendor rights is strictly prohibited
・Vendors with a history of foodborne illness incidents or warnings from health authorities cannot apply
・Once selected, vendors must sign a contract with the LuckyFes office and agree to all event terms and conditions
・If a vendor is found to be associated with anti-social forces, participation will be canceled

(1-Day Pass) Adults: ¥13,500 / Junior High & High School Students: ¥6,750
(2-Day Pass) Adults: ¥24,000 / Junior High & High School Students: ¥12,000
(3-Day Pass) Adults: ¥35,000 / Junior High & High School Students: ¥17,500
*Children in elementary school and younger are admitted free (up to two children per ticket-holding guardian). High school students and younger are not considered guardians. All prices include tax.
