KOHSHI(Vo)、KEIGO(Vo)、TAKE(Gt)、GOT’S(Ba)、IWASAKI(Dr)の5人組ミクスチャーロックバンド。

兄弟であるKOHSHI（兄、Vo）、TAKE（弟、G）が1993年から音楽活動を始め、1998年にFLOWを結成。
99年にKEIGO（Vo）、GOT’S（Ba）、2000年にIWASAKI（Dr）が加わり現在の形となる。

2003 年にシングル「ブラスター」でメジャーデビュー以来、ツインボーカルが織り成すメロディの強さと幅広い音楽性を武器に多くのヒット曲を世に放つ。特にアニメ作品との親和性に定評があり、アニメ『NARUTO-ナルト-』オープニングテーマ「GO!!!」や、『コードギアス反逆のルルーシュ』オープニングテーマ「COLORS」、『テイルズ オブ ゼスティリア ザ クロス』オープニング主題歌「風ノ唄」など、数多くのアニメ作品のテーマ曲も手がけている。

さらに2006年以来、海外での活動にも精力的に取り組み、アジア、北米、南米、ヨーロッパ、中東など、これまでに19ヶ国60公演を超えるライブ実績をもち、”ライブバンド”として国境を越えて音楽を届け、2022年6月末日、サブスクリプションサービスSpotifyにて、「NARUTO-ナルト- 疾風伝」オープニングテーマ FLOW「Sign」が、全世界で１億2,000万回再生を突破している。

2020年2月にはバンド最大規模となるワンマン公演「FLOW超会議 2020 〜アニメ縛りリターンズ〜」を幕張メッセイベントホールで開催。この公演は映像作品として同年8月に発売。
2022年7月2日より20周年突入イヤーを迎え、１１月１６日にORANGE RANGEとコラボしたシングル「デイドリーム ビリーヴァー」をリリースした。
2023年7月にはバンド最大規模となるワンマン公演『FLOW 20th ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL LIVE 2023 ～アニメ縛りフェスティバル～』を幕張メッセ 国際展⽰場で開催。
また、2024年6月ぴあアリーナMMにてバンド史上初となるロックバンドが創るアニソンロックフェス『FLOW THE FESTIVAL 2024』を開催。

A 5-member mixture rock band consisting of KEIGO (Vo) KOHSHI (Vo) TAKE (guitar) GOT'S (Ba), and IWASAKI (Dr). Brothers KOHSHI (older brother, vocals) TAKE (younger brother, guitar) began their musical career in 1993 and formed FLOW in 1998. In 1999, KEIGO (Vo) and GOT'S (Ba) joined, and in 2000, IWASAKI (Dr) joined, completing the group into its current formation.

Since making their major debut with the single “Blaster” in 2003, they have released numerous hit songs with the strength of the melodies woven by the twin vocals and their wide range of musicality. FLOW has an established reputation for hit anime works, including opening themes for the anime “NARUTO” (GO!!!, many others), opening themes for “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion”, (COLORS, WORLD END), and the opening theme for ”Tales of Zestiria the Cross” (Kaze no Uta). They have written songs for numerous other anime works as well.

Furthermore, since 2006 they have been actively playing overseas, performing over 60 live performances in 19 countries in Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East, transcending borders as a live band. Strongly streamed, their song “Sign” for the opening of “NARUTO Shippuden” has been played over 120 million times worldwide on Spotify.

FLOW celebrated their 20th anniversary on July 2, 2022, and on November 16 released the single "Daydream Believer" in collaboration with ORANGE RANGE. In July 2023, the band's largest one-man performance, "FLOW 20th ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL LIVE 2023 ~Anime Shibari Festival~" was held at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Japan.
