For Visitors Arriving by Car
If you are arriving by car, please make sure to purchase a parking ticket in advance.
The designated parking area will be specified on the ticket.
Before purchasing, please be sure to check this page (Important Notices).
- Parking lot usage hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (tentative).
- Re-entry and overnight parking are not permitted.
- Microbuses and large camping vehicles are not allowed (vehicles up to 500cm in length and 230cm in width are permitted).
- Illegal parking and street parking are strictly prohibited.
- Stopping or parking near the venue is not allowed. Please do not arrange drop-offs at the venue.
- Follow the guidance of parking attendants when entering and exiting the parking lot.
- After the event, traffic restrictions may be implemented at Hitachi Seaside Park I.C. * For more details, please refer to the Important Notices.

For Visitors Arriving by Train
◆Nearest Station: JR Joban Line Katsuta Station. (A paid shuttle bus will operate between Katsuta Station and the venue.)
- From Ueno Station: Approx. 1 hour 20 minutes by express train, approx. 2 hours 20 minutes by local train.
- A shuttle bus will operate between Katsuta Station and the venue (paid service).
- The number of trains to and from Tokyo and Iwaki is limited, and congestion is expected. Please check the train schedules in advance.
- After the event, it may take time for all attendees to leave the venue. If you plan to take the JR train, allow extra time.
- For passengers using Suica or other IC transportation cards, please ensure your balance is sufficient. We recommend purchasing tickets to the nearest station before boarding.

Shuttle Bus Information
A paid shuttle bus will operate between JR Katsuta Station and the venue (West Entrance – Tsubasa Gate).
* The usual travel time is approximately 15-20 minutes each way, but it may vary depending on road conditions.
Please allow extra time when using the shuttle.

- A special ticket sales booth will be set up at JR Katsuta Station and the venue (Tsubasa Gate).
Please purchase your shuttle bus ticket in cash on the day of the event before boarding.
*Please note that Suica, PASMO, and other nationwide IC transportation cards cannot be used. - No reservations are required. Please follow staff instructions and board the bus in an orderly manner.
- Up to two preschool-aged children can ride for free when accompanied by one adult. A child fare will apply from the third child onward.
