LuckyFM Ibaraki Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture) has officially announced the timetable for LuckyFes’25, which will take place over the three-day holiday weekend—August 9 (Sat), 10 (Sun), and 11 (Mon, national holiday)—at Hitachi Seaside Park in Hitachinaka, Ibaraki. General ticket sales have also officially begun.

The first day of LuckyFes’25 kicks off with “Shinako,” a favorite among elementary and middle school students. The lineup blends idols and popular J-POP acts, leading into a powerful finale featuring Hinatazaka46, Sukima Switch, and headliner Shōnan no Kaze.

Day 2 promises to delight rock fans with a mix of loud rock and mainstream classics. The day concludes with an exciting trio: T.M.Revolution, Dragon Ash, and the headliner, Kome Kome Club.

On Day 3, audiences can enjoy a rich crossover of generations—from up-and-coming artists to legendary performers. Wrapping up the final day are Hiromi Go, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, and the festival’s closing act, NEWS.

General ticket sales start today via the LuckyFM ticketing system “LuckyTicket” and Lawson Ticket. Adult tickets are priced at ¥13,500 (tax included) for a 1-day pass, ¥24,000 for a 2-day pass, and ¥35,000 for a 3-day pass. To welcome families, junior high and high school students receive a 50% discount, while elementary school children and younger can attend for free (with up to two children per ticketed adult).

Spend your summer holiday weekend creating unforgettable memories at LuckyFes!

Message from LuckyFes Planning Producer, Dragon

This year marks the fourth summer of LuckyFes. From August 9 to 11, the festival will once again come alive under the sky and by the sea at Hitachi Seaside Park in Hitachinaka, Ibaraki—a celebration where music and smiles intersect.

LuckyFes has always stood for a new kind of experience: a theme park-style festival. It’s more than just music—it’s food, art, interactive experiences, and culture all resonating together in one space. It feels like wandering into a playground for the senses. We’ve passionately and sincerely pursued the idea of “a festival for three generations.” We aim to create a scene where children’s laughter, the excitement of parents, and the warm gaze of grandparents all blend under the same sky.

Of course, we make no compromises when it comes to the core of the festival: the music. The timetable we’re announcing today has been carefully curated, weaving together the energy, atmosphere, and emotional arcs of each performance so that artists and audiences alike can co-create their own “Lucky” stories.

LuckyFes is brought to life by a passionate team led by Executive Producer Yoshito Hori, along with staff, volunteers, the local community, sponsors, and artists—all putting their hearts into making it happen. Though rooted in the regions, our sights are set far and wide. Step by step, we are steadily moving toward our vision of becoming “Asia’s largest music festival.”

We’ve intentionally removed any boundaries between genres and generations. That’s because LuckyFes is, at its heart, a crossroads of music. We believe in the serendipity of someone’s “everyday favorite” meeting another’s “unexpected discovery.”

The timetable we present today is a response to the voices and feedback we’ve received. It’s our heartfelt reply—and our way of welcoming you. Every order, every transition, every interaction of energy has meaning. But there’s no one “right” way to enjoy it. You can chase your favorite artist across stages or stop in your tracks and let unfamiliar sounds wash over you. That freedom is the true joy of festivals.

In the heart of summer, may LuckyFes be the spark that stirs your soul. May this be a summer you’ll never forget.

Let’s meet in Ibaraki, at Hitachi Seaside Park, through music and smiles.
