Important Notes
- Children of elementary school age or younger can enter for free (up to two children per ticket holder). High school students and younger are excluded from the guardian allowance.
- Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances such as illness or fever. Refunds are only possible if the event is canceled by the organizer.
- Tickets purchased are for the personal use of the buyer only, and resale or transfer to third parties is prohibited.
- Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets, or listing tickets or ticket rights on auction sites, will result in the tickets being deemed invalid. We take no responsibility for any issues arising from tickets purchased through resale.
