We sincerely thank you for the many applications received for the Front Area Priority Entry Ticket.
The results began to be announced at 12:00 today. However, as we announced at 9:00 this morning, the number of applications far exceeded expectations, and the system requires additional time to process them.
As a result, notifications will be sent gradually after the 12:00 announcement start time. Please note that all applicants will receive a notification by the end of the day.
You can check the result via email or in the official LuckyFes app.
For artists whose applications exceeded the limit, a strict lottery was conducted based on ticket registration information.
Congratulations to those who were selected, and sincere apologies to those who were not.
For artists whose applications did not exceed the limit, we tried to allow as many “Friends” (attendees) as possible to enjoy the front area, so even applications with minor information issues may have been selected.
For front area slots that were not filled, we plan to hold a second round of applications later in July. Further details will be announced soon.

We have confirmed a system issue where some applicants were charged less than the actual amount.
We are urgently working to identify the cause and restore normal operation.
Due to this, the lottery result announcements are temporarily paused.

Although the system has not been fully restored, we have made it possible to check your winning artist(s) within the official LuckyFes app.
Please follow the steps below:
- Open the official LuckyFes app and check under either “Front Area Ticket Display” (bottom right), or go to the gear icon (top right) → “Account Info” → “Front Area Ticket.”
If your applied artist does not appear, it means you were not selected. - Payment processing for selected users will follow shortly.
Please note that if payment fails due to an error, your selection may be invalidated. - Result notification emails will be sent after payment is successfully processed.
If you encounter an error, try refreshing the page, restarting the app, or switching to a better network connection.
Due to high traffic, the app may not load properly. Please try again after a short time.
